A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you're the rights holder or authorized to act for them
Your signature (electronic is fine)

What Happens Next

When we receive a complete notice, we will:

Review it promptly and in good faith
Investigate the content in question
Remove or restrict the content where appropriate

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same email address.
